GARFIELD HTS. COMPUTER FRAUD, EAST 93RD STREET:A woman met a man in a chat room who offered to pay off her credit card debt in the amount of $10,400 on Dec. 7.

MAPLE HTS. ROBBERY, STANLEY AVENUE:Jamin A. Gresham, 23, of Henry Street, was arrested in connection with allegedly putting a gun to a woman's head at about 9:20 p.m. Dec. 23.

GARFIELD HTS. PUBLIC INTOXICATION, TURNEY ROAD:On Dec. 19, a highly intoxicated man walked into Bonkers, went behind the bar and poured himself some vodka without paying for it.

Man reports being robbed at gunpoint on Homewood Ave.
MAPLE HTS. ROBBERY, HOMEWOOD AVENUE:A 19-year-old man said he was robbed at gunpoint at 1:52 a.m. Dec. 19. The victim told the story to a police officer waiting for a car to be towed at Homewood and Libby streets.

Man is assaulted outside Dairy Mart on Turney
GARFIELD HTS. ASSAULT, TURNEY ROAD:Dairy Mart is no longer a safe place apparently. There were two incidents, one on Dec. 12 and another Dec. 13.

Police charge 18-year-old man with attempted murder
MAPLE HTS. ATTEMPTED MURDER, CATHERINE STREET:Delbert Philpot, 18, 1599 Friend Ave., was charged Dec. 10 with attempted murder of a 16-year-old boy in the 5100 block of Catherine Street.

Police arrest teen, 15, for incident at Broadway business
MAPLE HTS. ARREST, HIGH SCHOOL:Police on Nov. 25 went to the high school and arrested a 15-year-old boy in connection with a Nov. 25 incident at Food Mart Plus, 15477 Broadway. The incident initially was reported as a robbery.

Thief goes into Wolf house while woman is shoveling
GARFIELD HTS. BURGLARY, WOLF AVENUE: While shoveling the driveway, an 87-year-old woman left her side door unlocked. When she went back into the house, she heard a noise from the bathroom and called out. A black man in a brown coat ran out of the bathroom past the woman carrying a black strongbox.
